What We Do
The TRecs Operations team provides work management and business process support to the service areas within Technology Resources. Our primary objectives are:
- to help operationalize work control while ensuring the integrity of the information in Innotas, the work management system
- to prepare, analyze and distribute information that provides visibility and insight into the collection of applications TRecs maintains and current and requested project work
How We Do It
We work closely with TRecs functional groups and managers to collect and review project-related information so that TRecs management is better positioned to evaluate project timelines, workloads, new requests and resource requirements. Specifically, we lead weekly Governance meetings, configure and customize Innotas and develop process and procedure documentation.
Who We Are
The TRecs Operations team has experience and professional training in project management, business analysis, ITIL, communication and report development and presentation.
